Berry Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

  2. Add the berries and sliced almonds on top, then seal the container.

  3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and flavors to meld.

  4. In the morning, give it a good stir, add extra toppings if desired, and enjoy!

Chef’s Tip:

For extra texture, toast the almonds before adding them. Also, if you like a thinner consistency, add an extra splash of milk before serving.
